Communications Consent Form
The Michigan
Pharmacists Association is a state
professional society serving Michigan's pharmacists,
pharmacy school educators, pharmaceutical representatives
and pharmacy technicians.
Our goal is to meet
member needs, encourage
personal and professional growth and provide information
about events and issues important to Michigan pharmacists.
The mission
of the Michigan Pharmacists Association is to encourage and support
its members as professionals responsible for the delivery of patient-focused
care.
MPA
Office Hours
Oct. 1 through April 30, MPA's office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Monday through Friday. From May 1 through Sept. 30, the MPA office will
observe summer hours and be open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m.
to 4:45 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to noon.
Communications
Consent Form
The purpose of the Communications Consent form is to allow the MPA staff
to keep members informed and up to date on the most recent pharmacy
related topics by e-mail and fax.
