Exhibitor information and forms to order services for the Convention is now available at the Convention and Show Services Web site. Click here to access their Web site. Once you are on this page, you can access the forms you need by completing the following steps:

• Click the “Order Now” orange tab on the center/right side of the page.
• At the bottom/right side of the page in line with “Michigan Pharmacists Association Annual Convention” click “Order Now” in white letters.
