The Annual Convention offers more than 50 continuing education programs.
Individuals from MPA practice sections, affiliated chapters and the Education Task Force are developing pharmacy continuing education programs specific to each practice area. The following topics have been identified and scheduled during the convention.

The Convention meets the following pharmacy continuing education (PCE) requirements for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians:
Pharmacists
Licensure Requirements: Pharmacists are required to earn 10 hours of live PCE credit and one hour of pain PCE credit, both requirements inclusive of the 30 hours normally earned.
Pharmacy Technicians
Certification Requirements: Certified pharmacy technicians must obtain one hour of pharmacy law continuing education credit every two years.

Accreditation
Michigan Pharmacists Association is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.
Michigan Pharmacists Association is an approved provider of Pharmacy Technician Continuing Education (PTCE).
