MPA offers exhibit space at a variety of events throughout the year to provide companies with a chance to showcase their products and services. When information and a reservation form for an upcoming event is available, it will be provided below. MPA Annual Convention & Exposition
Last weekend in February

The MPA Annual Convention & Exposition attracts nearly 1,500 pharmacy professionals each year, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, academia, pharmacy owners, student pharmacists and more. The 2018 event will be held Feb. 23-25 at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center. Northern Michigan Pharmacy Education and Suppliers Seminar
April

The Northern Michigan Pharmacy Education and Suppliers Seminar attracts nearly 100 pharmacists from retail, community and health-system pharmacy (the majority of attendees practice in a community setting). This continuing education event is held on a Saturday and Sunday in April. The following Exhibit Hall hours have been set aside to allow exhibitors to have exclusive time with Seminar attendees (times are subject to change):


MPA Continuing Education Symposium
August

The MPA Continuing Education Symposium attracts nearly 80 pharmacists from retail, community and health-system pharmacy (the majority of attendees practice in a community setting). This continuing education event is held on a Tuesday and Wednesday in mid- to late-August. The following Exhibit Hall hours have been set aside to allow exhibitors to have exclusive time with Symposium attendees (times are subject to change):

Michigan Society of Health-System Pharmacists (MSHP)
Annual Meeting
October

The MSHP Annual Meeting attracts nearly 175 pharmacists, residents and student pharmacists from health-system pharmacy (the majority of attendees are pharmacists). This continuing education event is held on a Friday in October. The following Exhibit Hall hours have been set aside to allow exhibitors to have exclusive time with Annual Meeting attendees (times are subject to change).

  • 7:30-8:30 a.m. – Morning Registration and Strolling Breakfast
  • 10-10:15 a.m. – Morning Break
  • 12:15-1:45 p.m. – Sit-down Lunch
  •  2:15-4:45 p.m. – Reverse Exhibitor Program (only for those companies that sign up as an exhibitor and reverse exhibitor participant)

MPA Annual Convention & Exposition

There are many sponsorship opportunities available such as Annual Banquet & Awards Ceremony package deals, in-room Internet service for attendees staying at the Detroit Marriott, tote bags, hotel key cards and badge lanyards. The 2018 event will be held Feb. 23-25 at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center. Michigan Pharmacy Foundation (MPF) Golf Classic
June

MPF offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities to support their annual Golf Classic event. All proceeds from the sponsorships go toward Foundation initiatives, including scholarships for student pharmacists, and projects that support advancement of the profession and improved health outcomes. Sponsors will be recognized with on-site signage, in MPA publications and on Association social media sites. The 2017 event will be held June 28 at Forest Akers West Golf Course in Lansing. Pharmacy Day at the Capitol
September

MPA offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities for Pharmacy Day at the Capitol, an event that provides pharmacy professionals with an opportunity to educate legislators and their staffs on valuable pharmacy services. During one-on-one time and wellness demonstrations, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and student pharmacists have the opportunity to discuss key issues impacting the profession with lawmakers. The 2018 event will be held Sept. 11 at the Michigan State Capitol building in Lansing.

Below are the sponsorship opportunities typically offered for this event. Sponsorships are subject to change.

  • Event Sponsors:
    • Platinum Sponsor – $5,000
      Includes recognition with logo in communications and onsite at event

    • Gold Sponsor – $2,500
      Includes name recognition in communications and onsite at event

    • Silver Sponsor – $1,000
      Includes name recognition onsite at event

  • Lunch Sponsor – $500
  • Valued Contributor (other donation; please be sure to indicate the amount under Payment Information on the sponsorship form)
  • Tent Sponsor (any entity that donates time, resources and/or table items for inside the tent will be recognized)

All contributors will receive acknowledgment in promotional materials, including marketing and onsite signs, as specified above based on contribution level.
