Patient Safety in Patients with Depression- The Role of the Community Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician (T)

Learning Objectives

At the end of this activity, participants should be able to list common antidepressants used when a patient is beginning a treatment regimen for depression, describe adherence issues in the patient being treated for depression, describe common presentations of a patient who may be suicidal so the pharmacist may be alerted and list some strategies to improve patient safety in those with depression.
