Mail-order Complaint Center

In order to facilitate mail-order patients receiving the best care possible, MPA has established the Mail-order Complaint Center to assist with reporting problems encountered using mail order. Whether you are a mail-order patient or a pharmacist assisting a patient with a complaint, the following documents can be utilized to report your concerns.
