During this year’s Annual Convention & Exposition on Feb. 26-28, 2010, MSHP will be offering three sessions, two on Friday morning and one on Saturday afternoon. Be sure to look for these sessions when deciding what programs to attend at the convention! One of the morning sessions on Friday will cover antimicrobial stewardship, while the other will discuss quality and safety topics, including quality indicators and reimbursement. Saturday afternoon’s session will review critical care pearls presented by four different speakers incorporating an array of topics, including sedation issues, insulin and surviving sepsis.

Student pharmacists are encouraged to join classmates and future colleagues on Saturday, Feb. 27 from noon-1 p.m. for the MSHP Student Pharmacists Luncheon. Pre-registration is necessary to attend the luncheon, so be sure to mark the appropriate section of the registration form or online registration to attend. MSHP is also sponsoring a delegate caucus breakfast on Sunday, Feb. 28 from 7:30-8:30 a.m., by invitation only.
