The Midwest AIDS Training and Education Center (MATEC) and Wayne State University are holding two HIV clinical courses, accredited through MPA. Participants will earn seven hours of live continuing education credit by participating in one of the upcoming interactive, hands-on courses designed to help pharmacists acquire new knowledge about HIV/AIDS and its management.
The first will be held June 11 at the Metropolitan Center for High Technology in Detroit. The second will be held June 18 at the Radisson Hotel in Lansing. There is no registration fee for these programs; however, those interested in attending are asked to register at least one week prior to each program by filling out a registration form and returning it to MATEC. For additional information, visit the
event page on the MPA Web site or contact Mary Rose Forsyth, MATEC program coordinator, at (313) 962-2000 or
