MPA, in conjunction with Indiana Pharmacists Alliance and Ohio Pharmacists Association, is holding the 2010 Great Lakes Young Pharmacists Leadership Conference (GLYPLC) Oct. 15-17 at the Maumee Bay Resort and Conference Center in Ohio. This event provides new practitioners with an opportunity to enhance their leadership skills, network with other pharmacy professionals and gain awareness of issues confronting the profession.

To be eligible to attend this "invitation only" conference, a pharmacist must be licensed for less than 10 years. Pharmacists from all practice settings are welcome to apply. Membership in MPA is not a requirement for selection, but is preferred. Applications are due Aug. 20, 2010.
