September Immunization Training Program in Detroit Open to All Pharmacists
The Sept. 10 Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Program, previously only open to Wayne State University (WSU) student pharmacists, is now open to all pharmacists. The program will be held at the WSU Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Detroit.
Participants have the opportunity to earn eight hours of live continuing education (CE) credit, as well as 12 hours of home study CE credit from a self-study that will be sent to all registrants. The self-study must be completed prior to the live seminar and turned in at registration on Sept. 10.
Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery is an innovative training program aimed at providing pharmacy professionals with the skills necessary to become a primary source for vaccine information and administration.
