Pharmacy technicians have until this Friday, Nov. 11 to register for next week’s Pharmacy Technician Continuing Education Summit. The event will be held Nov. 17 at the MPA Family of Companies Headquarters in Lansing.
Participants have the opportunity to earn up to six hours of live continuing education credits, including the law credit required for certification. Programming will focus on trendy drugs and paraphernalia, sexual harassment in the workplace, calculations and the legislative process.
Following the CE Summit, attendees will also have the opportunity to complete a live CPR skills evaluation. MPA and Pharmacy Services Inc. have partnered with ProCPR to offer pharmacy professionals an accredited CPR certification program. Pre-course work must be completed online prior to the event.
