Members are encouraged to save the date for MPA’s 2012 Continuing Education Symposium. The event will be held Aug. 21-22 at the Park Place Hotel in Traverse City. This year’s event was held in Grand Rapids. Participants had the opportunity to earn up to 10 hours of live continuing education credit, including programming on opioid use for treating chronic pain, the role of the pharmacist in palliative care, hypertension, travel medicine and more.
