Conexus Health is a medical education practice that coordinates continuing education in a variety of venues. Conexus Health has been provided with an educational grant from Axcan Pharma to provide three, one-hour live ACPE-accredited programs in Michigan. The three topics are:

• Pancreatic Enzymes: FDA Mandated Changes and Challenges in Patient with Pancreatic Insufficiency
• Dyspepsia and H. Pylori Eradication Guidelines: A Case Based Approach
• Clinical Guidelines for the Medication Management of Ulcerative Proctitis

Conexus Health will provide an expert speaker, cover speaker-related fees, program promotional announcements and ACPE accreditation statements of credit.
