2020 MPJE Law and Regulatory Review
This recording and supplemental material is designed to help fourth-year student pharmacists achieve a strong understanding of the Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Examination (MPJE) content and aid prospective pharmacists in preparing for the exam. At the end of this activity, participants should be able to review the computer testing requirements for individuals preparing for the MPJE, discuss statutes recently enaces that impact the practice of pharmacy and review the statutes and regulations for the state of Michigan related to pharmacy practice.
The recording, originally presented by Eric Roath, Pharm.D., clinical care coordinator, SpartanNash, on May 18, 2019, was reviewed in May 2020, and it has been determined that content is still relevant for individuals taking the exam in 2020. An addendum was created to address any changes since this video was created in 2019.
Material that you will receive with purchase include: 2019 MPJE recording, addendum to the 2019 MPJE recording addressing changes since the recording was made and answered questions brought forth during the 2019 program, BOP controlled substance rules and BOP general rules.
