Registration includes greens fees and cart, practice range use, lunch at the turn and awards ceremony with dinner.

Regular (January 1 - June 10):
Individual Registration - $175
Foursome Registration - $650
Late (After June 1 - Onsite):
Individual Registration - $190
Foursome Registration - $750

Sponsorship Opportunities

MPF offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities to support their annual Golf Classic event. All proceeds from the sponsorships go toward Foundation initiatives, including scholarships for student pharmacists, and projects that support advancement of the profession and improved health outcomes. Sponsors will be recognized with on-site signage, in MPA publications and on Association social media sites.

Program Description

Format: The format is an 18-hole, 4-person scramble. Men’s, women’s and mixed team flights are permitted. Golfer packages that include string and drink tickets will be available for purchase at registration for use on the course.

Foursomes: Individuals may make up their own teams. Each team must submit a completed registration form listing the players on their team. Individuals signing up to play as a single will be placed in a foursome and assigned teammates.
