Become certified to provide immunizations in 2016! MPA is hosting an APhA Pharmacy-based Immunization Delivery Training Program at the Hilton Auburn Hills on Sept. 28. Take advantage of this opportunity to expand your practice. Register online today and gain the knowledge and training necessary to become a primary source of vaccine information and delivery!

This training program is comprised of three components: a self-study that is completed in advance of the event, the live training and a final exam. Successful completion of the self-study will result in 12 hours of home study continuing education (CE) credit and successful completion of the live seminar will result in eight hours of live CE credit. Once credit is claimed, statements of credit will be available online within 24 hours on the participant’s CPE Monitor profile.

Registration and full payment must be received by Sept. 21, 2016, to allow adequate time to complete the home study module. If you have any questions, please contact MPA Office Operations and Building Manager, Cynthia Rowe, at (517) 377-0222 or Cynthia@MichiganPharmacists.org. For a complete list of learning objectives and for all APhA accreditation information and policies, please visit APhA’s website at www.pharmacist.com/pharmacy-based-immunization-delivery.
