MPA will be hosting the last APhA Pharmacy-based Immunization Delivery Certificate Program on Nov. 17, 2016, at MPA Headquarters in Lansing. Take advantage of this opportunity to obtain your APhA Certificate of Completion to provide immunizations. Register online today and gain the knowledge and training necessary to become a primary source of vaccine information and delivery!

This training program is composed of three components: a self-study that is completed in advance of the event, the live training and final exam. Successful completion of the self-study will result in 12 hours of home study continuing education (CE) credit and successful completion of the live seminar will result in eight hours of live CE credit. Once credit is claimed, statements of credit will be available online within 24 hours on the participant’s CPE Monitor profile.

Registration and full payment must be received by Nov. 3, 2016, to allow adequate time to complete the home study module. (Note: MPA reserves the right to cancel the Pharmacy-based Immunization Delivery Program if fewer than 20 participants are registered by Oct. 20, 2016.)
