The Michigan Society of Health-System Pharmacists (MSHP) Annual Meeting will be held Nov. 6 at the Somerset Inn in Troy. Members are encouraged to register by Oct. 28 to save on registration rates. In addition, student pharmacists and residents are eligible for complimentary registration through this date!

The MSHP Annual Meeting features six hours of live continuing education (CE) credit, with programming focused on clinical scenarios in transitions of care in the ambulatory setting as well as psychiatric patients, the pharmacist’s role in managing outbreaks, game-changing articles and/or guidelines, building relationships with the C-suite and barriers of technician licensure.

In addition to CE programming, attendees have the opportunity to network with exhibitors, witness Board members being officially sworn in as members of the MSHP Board of Directors, recognize Committee volunteers for their efforts over the year and acknowledge award recipients. Residents, student pharmacists, preceptors and residency directors are also invited to attend the Resident Breakfast Meeting, and a team from each Michigan college of pharmacy will create a written pharmacist’s care plan during the Clinical Skills Competition (closed session).

Registered attendees also have the opportunity to be entered into a $50 gift card drawing by participating in the Refer a Colleague program. For complete details, please visit the event page.

Registration for the MSHP Annual Meeting is available online. Or, complete the printable registration form and fax to (517) 484-4893 (credit card payment only). We hope to see you there!
